So in 1.4 we have the ability to use presets directly within the sequence.
Also we can adjust these Presets with a direct matricks within the recipe.
So hence my Question, can i edit for example Xwings within this recipe?

I want to edit this with cmd code. I know it changes the destination recipe. But thats the point of a preset.
you use 1 preset thats already in cue's so that when you come to venue you only have to update that one cue.
But now i can control the recipe within the desired cue.
So now i want the specific cmd code to edit this recipe.
Cause i cant find it in the manual
Set Preset a.b.c Property "XWings" d
Thats when you directly want to edit the preset. But im talking about the editing section of the recipe thats within a sequence. See picture.
Cause the base preset stays the same. So the recipe only updates the preset within the boundary of the sequence.
Set Cue a Part b.c Property "XWings" d
Thanks Ryan this works, within the sequence this line worked.
Set Seq 39 Part 0.1 Property "XWings" 2
okay something wrong with the part in sequences.
The basic part number is 0, but when i change these to 1 thru 3. Cause i have 3 cue's see picture https://forum.malighting.com/wcf/attachment…0811756378-jpg/
To adjust the recipe in those parts would be. Set sequence (a) Part (b) .(c) property wings 2
Where (a) is seq number .
(B) part number at the cue
(C) recipe line in that part.
But when i execute
Set Sequence 39 Part 1.1 property wings 2
It does nothing same for part 2.1 and 3.1.
Every cue has only 1 recipe line.
But the cmd those execute no errors but nothing happening within the parts of the cue.
I can only control Part 0.1 the rest i cant control.
You need to specify a cue number in your syntax.
Set Sequence # Cue # Part #.# Property "XWings" #
okay that works im switcher from avo so the whole syntax is a bit new to me .
your great help Ryan. And ma3 is really powerfull with the new recipes.
