dot2 Console Reboot Itself

Hello everyone;

We're using two dot2 in our TV studios which are connected each other with direct cat5 cable (peer to peer without any hub) Our technicians reported the slave console reboot itself in random time like (happened 2-3 times in 1 year)

Did anybody experience it before? or any easy way to determine the problem?

This looks like a crash of the software.

You should get in touch with the TechSupport and provide them the crash logs (http://help2.malighting.com/Pa…word_crashlogcopy/en/1.5/), the show file(s) and if possible a description of what to do to reproduce the crash.
