    I found out how to get it working again. I do not exactly know what the Problem was.

    - Updated the Node again directly via Stick at the USB Port

    - Configured the Network again (DHCP and alternative IP including correct Subnet)

    - Went to the Network Setting of the onPC

    - Disabled all Filters (Button on the top right Corner)

    - Found the Node and could connect to it.

    Hello,

    i am having Trouble with my 2k Node after i updated it to Software Version 1.6 via the onPC Software.

    I did not change any Hardware or cables. But after the Update the Node can no longer be found by the grandMA3 onPC software. Also the little Network Indicator on the top right of the Screen of the node is red. I already changed the IP and all values i could find but without any success.

    Is it possible that the Update went wrong? Or could this be a Problem with my network? Or did i just miss a button somewhere?

    Hi there,

    i finally dared to test OSC in GrandMA3 (onPC). I used Open Stage Control, as suggested in the Webinar. At the beginning its hard to understand and it took a lot of time. But OSC seems to have a lot of Potential.

    I managed to control the GrandMA Fader from Open Stage Control. But it does not work the other way around. When i move a Fader in grandMA, OpenStageControl does not react. Also i havent found a way that the Faders of GMA and OpenStageControl use simultaniously.

    The OCS Output looks kind of weird too

    -> OSC sends: /Page1/Fader201, f [Value]

    -> GMA3 sends: /12.14.1.5.5, sif, FaderMaster,1,[Value]

    In the Setup Menu I enabled OSC Input and output in UDP Mode. Even tried using different Ports for Input and Output. But nothing worked so far.

    What am i doing wrong?

    Hi MrRump. Thank you for this Tip. I had trouble finding this option because i was looking for it in the settings. Found it in the Universe Pool.

    It is almost exactly what i was looking for. Now the Default Values have higher Priority than DMX-In Values. As soon as I set the RGB-Values in GrandMA to Zero the DMX-In Values are visible. When i want to use the GrandMA Values only i have to blackout the DMX-In Values.

    It is definitely better than before. Gonna test different combinations of Settings. Ideal would be a way to keep the DMX-In Values running and just allow or override them in GrandMA. But if that is not possible this Solution is also very good.

    Hi, i have a question about DMX-In via ArtNet.

    As far as i know GrandMa3 does not (yet?) offer Matrix functions like using Animations and Videos. So i tested an external Matrix Software and routed the DMX Data via ArtNet through GrandMa3.

    The Idea is to generally control all Fixtures with GrandMa3 but being able to turn the "Matrix Functions" on and off on any suitable Fixture.

    And it works really fine. Exept the fact that all unused DMX Values in the used Universes are set to Zero. This also affects the default values that are defined in the fixture. It is especially annoying for Moving Lights: GrandMa shows 50% on Pan and Tilt (Default value), but the real values are zero. When i change the values to exactly 50% manually it has no effect. Only after i use another Value like 49% the heads react. Same with the Shutter and all other Functions. The Default values are useless in this situation and i have to change every value manually.

    I already tried to change the "input priority" in the ArtNet-In menu to any value from "lowest" to "super" but with no effect.

    Is there a way to give the default values of the Fixtures a higher priority? Or to just accept selected DMX Values (like RGB) from ArtNet-In and ignore all other values?

    Thank you for yout Input. I figured it out. The nonfunctional Fxtured had "Shutter1Strobe" as Logical Channel and Channel Function. I turned off the "Merge Children" function and gave the Logical Channel the Attribute "Shutter1". One level Lower in the tree structure i created two Channel Functions with the Attribute "Shutter1" and "Shutter1Strobe". Strobe starting at DMX Value 2. After setting the Default-, Highlight- and Lowlight Values to 1 everithing worked fine.

    Hi,

    i am having the same Problem. I do not have a solution but for now i am glad that other People have encountered the same Issue in Version 1.4.

    It is as you described. In Version 1.3 everything works fine, in 1.4 only two Fixture Types put out Light in 3D. I even hat some Moving Heads put out "black light" with no transparency after changing some shutter-Values. But sometimes not even the two working Fixture Types work in 3D, so i have to restart the whole software. This issue occurs on every (windows) PC i tested.

    DMX out via ArtNet works fine.
