Hello, it's the clock problem shown on the attached photo. The clock pretty fast than other clocks. I've measured 6 seconds difference in around 15 hours, 9-10 seconds difference in one full day. Isn't it so strange that kind issue happens on an expensive professional device which is we connect all of our lighting system in TV studio for live programs? Hope to see an acceptable explanation from the technical guys, thanks..

This looks like a crash of the software.
You should get in touch with the TechSupport and provide them the crash logs (http://help2.malighting.com/Pa…word_crashlogcopy/en/1.5/), the show file(s) and if possible a description of what to do to reproduce the crash.

Hello everyone;
We're using two dot2 in our TV studios which are connected each other with direct cat5 cable (peer to peer without any hub) Our technicians reported the slave console reboot itself in random time like (happened 2-3 times in 1 year)
Did anybody experience it before? or any easy way to determine the problem?
