The masks are working on the basis of logical OR statements. When one of the 2 arguments here (Fixture or Houselights) is true (An FID or CID is given), then the fixture will be displayed.

The correct syntax is since v1.4: Delete Preset 4.1 Thru 10
Recipe Presets - grandMA3 User Manual - Help pages of MA Lighting International GmbH

But the fixture type are part of the show file. So loading the show file on a fresh console has not the need to include fixture types as external assests in order to process the show file correctly.
-
Therefore the backup menu has the "Export Media on Show Save" button in its settings.

The shared folder contains the data the installation brings with itself (e.,g, predefined macros, predefined MAtricks, etc. pp). Please do not delete it, as the software needs the files within the shared folder, especially within the shared/resource folder.
For user data the gma3_library folder is the correct place. -
As far as I know, this is a bug on grandMA3 running on macOS and it looks good that this one will be fixed with the next release.

Which operating system do you use? Windows or macOS?
What means last update to you? Which version is it? When a user reads this in 2 years, last update is a very different version as it is now.

This one works for me in v1.6.3.7:
Fixture 701
Attribute "Pan" At Absolute Decimal8 145
Just make sure, that you select the fixture with a first command, and with a second command you set the value.
(Same for Tilt)

The free universe in dot2 can only be played out with network nodes that support Art-Net or sACN. I doubt that the USB DMX device you have can output Art-Net or sACN.

Which version of grandMA3 do you use?

The file you linked is for grandMA2, but you want to import it into grandMA3.
You can patch the fixture in a grandMA2 show on a PC (Win 10). Then you choose the ‚Save as grandMA3‘ option from the backup menu. After loading the converted show in grandMA3 you can export the fixture type as grandMA3 fixture type and import it into your show.

Please note that Set Userprofile 1 addresses the first user profile. If you are working with an own user profile, this one needs to be adjusted.
To be more versatile use the CurrentUserprofile keyword:
- Set CurrentUserprofile Property "EncoderLinkValues" "Single"
- Set CurrentUserprofile Property "EncoderLinkValues" "Feature"
-
For now you can do this by changing the WingID of the corresponding wing in the MA3-Modules tab of the USB configuration menu: Menu - Settings - USB Configuration - MA3 Modules.

Did you try to set a fade time to the OffCue of the sequence?
-
Maybe this one helps?
SelFix Cue x
Attribute "Dimmer" At Relative 10
This would select all fixtures that are stored in your cue x and set their dimmers on the relative layer up by 10%. Negative values are also possible.
Then store this into the cue again.
When you want to increase the dimmer level of all fixtures that are outputting when the cue is running (because of tracking these fixtures may be not stored in your desired cue) I would recommend that you run the cue and then select the fixtures by executing IfOutput. Then you can change the dimmer value again.

Just on this, does anyone know what it is that Apple changed for OS12 that causes these app issues?
I think you should report the issues you have now to the tech support.
-
Let‘s go: v1.3.6.7 is now available and has macOS Monterey support.
-
But macOS Monterey is not supported, yet.
grandMA3 onPC Software - Compatibility to Windows11 and macOS Monterey

Can you try to do a clean start?
Hold the Option-key on your keyboard and then double-click the app:

Trying to approximate a PSR import, getting palettes, macros, filters, from an old show file into a blank new one. I'm guessing it has something to do with DataPools but I can't get it to stick.
When opening the Import/Export menu always the selected data pool will be displayed. When you select a different data pool within the Import/Export menu it is always temporarily while having this menu open.
I know that I can export individual items but that doesn't help when I want to keep everything exactly as laid out in the previous show.Maybe you the Gaps option for Import/Export of whole pools or object ranges can help you with this one:
