yes, knowing the "edit Layout x" comand is very good to know.... on MA2 you could select more than one layout object, hit edit and make a change in the settings for all selected. that functionality is missing, but the speradsheet is a good replacement.... if you know it!

unfortunately Lightpower is the local distributor of MA AND Martin in Germany. But Martin wont bring GDTF Files for older fixtures like quantum spot and aura XB.......

is it possible to edit the settings of multiple objects in layoutview at once? Setting appearance, name, value and other settings for each object is very annoying! any workaround?

another question: if you have a GDTF type, it is represented by a picture in the layoutview, so far so good. But how to get rid of the picture and replace it with a simple filled square, or even better with a setting like SPOT (e.g,GOBO with color) as in GMA2?

Hello,

what is your experience with asking manufacturers for GDTF Files of their prducts? My impression is, that they sometimes prvide GDTF Files for NEW Fixtures, but not for older ones. I´ve asked some of them but didn´t get any answer! Maybe the mail accounts were too general, so i`m asking if anybody knows any specific people to adress those inquieries at MARTIN, ClayPaky, DTS, GLP.....that would be great.

As by now GDTF and MVR is almost useless without good files.

PLEASE, i mean really PLEASE, make this accsessible in MA3. As MarkusN said, you could make a settiing in setup to toogle between Cursor aund Featuregroup!!!! As a well trained MA2 User, i´m missing this feature a lot!!!!

wollte mal fragen, ob es irgendwo eine Einstellung gibt, mit der ich dem Pult sagen kann, dass eine externe QWERTZ Tastatur dran hängt und keine QWERTY.

mal ne Frage: als einigermassen versierter GrandMA2 -User bin ich es gewöhnt beim OnPC die Tastatur des Rechners mit ShortCuts zu benutzen. Geht das in der Dot2 auch, oder bleibt mir die reine Maus-Klickerei?
Dies Funktion beschleunigt den Workflow ungemein...
