Yes, I'm sure. It's the correct IP Address and it works on my I Pad fine with the display that you have shown.

Hi, sorry for the late reply but I have attached a screenshot. I know that it doesn't say username but when I try and just put in the password in the bottom row, it asks for a username.

Can you help, I can connect to the web remote but it asks for a username as well as a password and I have no idea what the username might be?
