command line set exectime

looking for cmd line to set the external window magic speed screen options... exec time master rate x2 /2 etc

macro would be nice for the x2 or /2 on master rate

Please try the command "halfrate specialmaster 4.1"
and "doublerate specialmaster 4.1" to get a /2 and x2 on master rate.

I will pickup Macros for that as a wish -thanks!
