xkeys bar showing up at the wrong place

When xkeys are enabled on the right encoder bar screen (screen1) by pressing user1. The xkeys bar also pops up on the left screen (screen2) when I touch any layout viewer on that screen.

This is really annoying when running a show because you loose the executor bar. It seems that it can only be changed by tapping another view again.
How can I prevent this or is it a known bug?

Thanks for the confirmation, I can stop looking for a possible solution and wait for a bugfix release.
