OffCue command running when Off-ing an inactive Sequence ? Bug?

    hi,

    When:
    - A Seq X has a command in it's OffCue
    - And the seq is off (not active)
    - I "Off" the sequence (do "Off Seq X")


    Then:
    - The OffCue command is triggered.

    I would expect it NOT to be triggered, since the Sequence is already Off.
    I would expect NOTHING to happen when Off-ing a sequence which is already off (Inactive)

    What do you think?
