I've been asked by a local community group to help them teach their lighting crew to use the Dot.2 - which at this stage is like the blind leading the blind. They have had a standard rig installed for them with a community grant, and they are unlikely to ever move fixtures around. When I showed them how to start a new show and patch it, there was some push back. Is there any way for me to get the patch loaded and use that as a starting point for them for every new show?
Is there a way to have a standard patch that you can use for each show

You could create a show file that has the patch plus some basic groups and presets, and then use FTP to put that show file into the "DemoShows" folder, so that a fresh copy will always be accessible. This bulletin talks about using FTP with dot2 (instead of navigating to the library folder you would just need to find the demoshows folder).

Ryan Kanarek : is this possible to replicate on a ma3 console? (Store a template show on "DemoShows" via FTP)

Not in the demoshows folder, but there should be a TemplateShows folder coming soon.
