It means that the Group is referenced somewhere in the showfile. Like a layout or a Fader.

If you are not sure where it is referenced, you can execute "ListReference" on the Group. Hold [MA] and press the [List] button to access the ListReference keyword, and then tap on the Group. Or swipe on the Group, choose EditSetting, and then press the {List References} button in the popup.
