Is there a syntax to view additional View Button pages? On GrandMA2 this was 'ViewPage 2'

Have a look at ScreenConfigurations. (And the 'Screenconfiguration' keyword)

Just checked, I cant see anything about a second page of view buttons. Of course I could make a macro to copy and paste overwrite various items in the views pool, but that gets a bit messy. Do View Button pages exist?

No, they do not. But ScreenConfigurations give you multiple sets of screens and viewbuttons.
