Help try to connect command wing xt to compact xt

Hi....

i try to connect my command wing xt to the compact xt but my command wing keep on disconnecting, after some minute connect, and suddenly it loosing connection, the compact xt using art net to sent dmx output, so we are using ip 10.0.0.xx , is there any way to fix it? I already using different profile

So do you mean i can plug the art net at con 2 dan the ma net at con 1? Should i use the 10.0.0.xx or 192.168.0.xx?
