Can I edit the behavior of the crossfaders A&B? I want to be split crossfaders. Now the A is moving when I raise an executor.

In the Sequence Settings -> Playback section, there's an "XFade Mode" property, with options 'AB' and 'Split'

I changed it but nothing has changed. I thought I can crossfade with the two crossfaders, one for in, the other for out.
