As far as I understand, this is the correct behavior. Encoder Invert says when I spin the encoder in the direction that would normally decrease the value, increase the value instead (and vise versa). But entering a value of +10 is still +10, not -10. If you want both the encoder and the actual typed-in value to be inverted, you should use DMX Invert.
