Pan/tilt offset not working

    Hi

    Having troubles storing pan and tilt offset for My fixtures.


    I set my fixtures to the preferred position in the programmer. Type “Store Offset” in the command section.

    Hit merge or override. hit clear and all the fixtures snap back to the original position.


    I try to remove it and restore multiple time. Always the same method and maybe in the 10th try it saves correctly. What am I doing wrong? I usually have to spend 30 minutes on site just trying to get the fixtures to offset.

    1. Call a preset
    2. Adjust pan/tilt to make the preset look correct
    3. Store Offset

    The console calculates the difference between the preset position and the programmer position and sets that as the offset.
