When i use capture, my effects, even if they are in sequence, stop.
Is that normal ? Will it be improved some day ?

This is expected.
If you don't want the captured values in programmer to take precedence, either set the priority of your Sequence to Super, or enable Blind for the programmer.

But Priority of my sequence is not a good solution, neither blind mode.
So much features are expected... It's start to be annoying, especially when you have to teach others.

Capture takes a snapshot of the DMX output and brings it into the programmer. Thus normal rules apply for active values and output priority. I'm not sure what you would like to happen instead?

I just want to capture my output without stop my effect running.
As i did with Source output on the gma2.
Maybe sometime we'll have a blindedit editor...

Got it. So your issue is not with Capture itself, but with the missing functionality of Store Source=Output.
