How can i park a dmx with a value address without patching it.

I was used to do it in ma2 but now ....

You can:

Park DMXUniverse 1.1 at 50

Unpark DmxUniverse 1.1

Seems to work.

i was typing Park dmxadress instead dmxuniverse
