And one more problem
i add 999999 dimmers
now i try to delete all dimmers (deleting is very slow - i waiting 5min - program delete 41000 from 999999)
Web remote can connect to onpc -
Procesor used 0,9% -
The "Used Parameters" count includes virtual parameters (such as virtual dimmers for LEDs that don't have a real dimmer attribute) and parameters for the global fixtures of each fixture type in your show. Not all of them count against your license though. To see how many parameters are actually being counted against your license you can look at the {DMX Universes} menu in Patch / Live Patch and find the "Coarse Params" column.

Oh, Parameter-Count! The big mystery on MA for Newbies...
But there at the Coarse Params Column I can only see how many Parameters per Universe I used. Do I have to add them to get the real parameter count that is used füor my kind of license/hardware (so max of 4096 P. for onPC)?
And is it true, that if I have e.g. 4096 possible Parameters (for onPC usage) and I start to adress from 1.1 on forward, that the first about 8 Universes (4096 / 512 =about 8 Universes) will be used to get DMX-Data from them so I should use Universe 10 (or 11 or above - depending on the amount of 16 or 24 Bit Channels I use...) and above (because of a Parameter is NOT similar to a DMX Channel) for Lamps that are patched but not for use (e.g. to not forget the adress I used former)?
-
Coarse Params displays correctly - which does not change the fact that the info system is crap - even after removing all devices from patch, the counter still shows some parameters used
-
If you still have the profiles in your fixturetypes list, then the global fixtures still exist.

Yes
License will by default allow universe 1 and up as long as the available parameters take you.
BUT you can override this pr. universe in the universe pool so you could get output from universe 50 if you need to. -

Ah. That's from the universal fixturetype.
