I just need to figure out how can I interact with the MA3 objects using LUA.
If is there any official documentation, what are these keywords, functions, objects that would be great. Because in the help page for LUA not help at all

If you create one macro manually, you could then export it, edit the XML (copy/paste, search+replace, etc.), and reimport.

Eventually yes. But I think things are still changing frequently enough on the backend in that regard that it's not worth spending the time on public documentation yet.
