Integrate Preset Step 1 Best Practice

Hi all,

Is anyone able to tell me the difference between:

1. Select preset 1.1 to load it in the programmer (creates step 1)

2. Execute: Integrate Preset 1.1 Step 1

I see in the step editor of the phaser that there is a color difference, cyan vs blue.

Is there a preferred way?
