No. The grandMA3 onPC fader wing can only be used with the onPC software (either by itself or in combination with an onPC command wing or onPC command wing XT).
The grandMA3 extension can be used with grandMA3 full-size (and CRV), light (and CRV), and RPU.
There are currently no grandMA3 fader/extension/wing products that can be connected to a grandMA3 compact or compact XT.

Well, is there a project of extension for compact or not ?Compact has only ten faders, if we can't upgrade it will be a golden jailhouse.

For now you could use a MIDI or DMX fader board in combination with remote inputs.

Or simply connect the fader wing to a PC running onPC in session with your compact.
