I like to connect grandMA3 for Mac with Capture 2020 Visualiser on the same Macbook.
For some reason the localhost or 127.0.0.1 doesn't work.
Capture says it is an Apple issue. Do anyone tried this and got it work?

There is no loopback adapter (127.0.0.1) on macOS.
If you use a browser connected to a network this will work. The workaround is to use the IP address of your computer if you are connected to your local network (LAN or WLAN).

There definitely is a localhost on macOS, You can use it to connect to the WebRemote if you need. When you see "It Works" that the web apache server on the machine, usually pointed at /Library/WebServer/Documents
I'm not sure if this would work but have you tried changing your MA-Net interface to localhost?
