help my windows grandma3 on pc error

i can not open my ma3 on pc there error, maybe somebody can help, i already uninstall and reisntall it again but still the same

Could you try to download the grandMA3 software again?

If this does not help, it seems like your computer does not fit the hardware specifications. Please have a look at this:

hi daniel thanks for the answer, yes it already fix, i have to use the vga card with min 1gb thanks
