Sometimes I like to store presets of individual pan and tilt settings. Anyone have any idea how to do this? I can't seem to "off" the pan channel on my tilt preset

You can "off" the RAW Position Value. Go to "Position" and then to "RAW Position". Change your Tilt Position then press OFF and on the grey field over the PAN-Encoder. Now you Store only the changed TILT-Values.
You can control it in the fixture list. The red column at PAN will be disappear, if you press OFF PAN -
