I was wondering if there is a way to assign a fade or transition time to presets? Like for instance if I wanted to apply a color preset while running my live show, but don't want the preset to just snap in.

You can enable the program time for the programmer. This time determines the fade time within the programmer.

But you can also store a fade and delay time as individual time into your presets.

The advantage of the first approach is a fast change of the time, while in the second approach the time is stored fixed into the presets and it takes some steps and time to change it. Not so good for „on-the-fly“.
