one P,T effect works with few position relative/absolute

Hello,

I try to make a tilt effect that keep working when changing the position, its always off the effect .

Its looks like the size it is not valid for the effect editor and the effect must run between 2 or more preset ,

Did I miss something?

Still it does not work as expected, I record an effect in Relative mode but when I change positions the effect stops or continues as originally recorded. What am I doing wrong?
