There's a way to get an effect go between groups selections?, ej I have 4 groups with different amount of lights, and I want that the selections of my effect takes a different group in each step. thanks

Yes, that should be very possible. Try to understand the selection grid. There you can position your heads exactly as the effect will later work with them.

i tried to do it to but its not working.
i put 2 group on the grid one on top one down and tried to use it with ma tricks 2 Y group but it is not working with the effect.
any thought?

The align-function currently only works on the x-axis (left to right), so your groups would need to be arranged in columns, rather than rows, if you want to use the Align function to distribute the phase group by group.
You could use the TransposeXY button in my GridTools plugin to easily rearrange rows into columns.
