Fixture personalities not loading

Hi guys,

I have downloaded a few personalities that I struggle to load in to MA3. All good until I find the file in my user folder and try to select it in the patch, but it doesn't load. I see that the files i downloaded are .xml format and the other personalities in the default folder are .pxml, is that the problem? Any other suggestions?
