  • I'm having some issues creating a custom fixture. If I create the same fixture step by step according to the manual (in this case a 6-Channel basic media layer), as soon as I go to patch the fixture, it usually says the DMX footprint is 0. However a few times it has shown that the footprint is in fact 6. I also created the same fixture on a different computer, exported it and imported it to the main computer where I was able to patch the fixture with a DMX footprint of 6, however as soon as I exited the patch, I couldn't grab those fixtures. After going back into the patch, the fixtures again showed a 0 DMX footprint and were unpatched.


    This has happened on both Windows and Mac running 1.1.3.2
