Delete Layout

I can't delete Layout in the layout pool view. I can move, copy but not delete. Is this normal ?

You can actually delete it, but there must always be a layout 1.

So for example if you create a layout 2, make it active (with the yellow outline) and then delete layout 1 a new layout 1 is created in its place.

Thanks Hoss, if I create a new show it works, so I think I have a problem in one show.
