RecordBuffer discontinuous

So I just started getting a torrent of the following error in my onPC logs:

It started after I installed VoiceMeeter on one of my machines in trying to help a local dance studio do online classes.

It happens with out without VoiceMeeter running

After uninstalling I get the error every 1/10 of a second until I restart:

It was definitely voicemeeter as soon as I uninstalled and restarted onPC it went away. I do have bluetooth headsets but none of them were connected, or in the room.. Where are they anyway ?
