Bug report: Can't open Timecode Settings

Hey all,

in Version 1.1.3.2. I am not able to open the Timecode Settings Menu. In the console I get this error:

"File content is empty. TimecodeSettingsOverlay:timecode_settings_overlay.uixml"

Try executing "ReloadUI" in the command line, and then see if you can open the Timecode Settings.

Now the settings window opens but is empty.

Seem that you are trying to show the setting of something that doesn't exist, ref <No Timecode>

You need to create and select a timecode item in Timecode pool, before you can view or edit any setting.

(longpress, then press in the timecode pool)
