MA3 Command Wing with MA2 Software

I am on an install and the on-site folks wanted an MA3 OnPC command wing as their new console. Since the MA3 software is so incomplete I'd love to get around having to use it, is there any possible way to fake running MA3 OnPC in a faux Mode2 or with the latest MA2 software? Somehow I doubt it but it's worth the ask. Thanks!
