Each Display is a Windows Task (ref. taskbar/taskmanager)
To me it does not seem like a good solution to End and Create tasks merely to force Windows to bring a specific task to front on your desktop.
Using the Windows Task-switcher (Alt-TAB) would probably be more resource-friendly, if the Displays are already created.
