if you edit a Fixture Type you can change the values in the default column.
The readout can be switched from percent to decimal 8bit. See picture.
Thanks a lot...
I just missed the edit button
Is there an easier way to do that? In MA2 just make a preset, lets say PT and store it. Then with: "assign>preset>please>default "
you got your default preset - also marked in the preset pool. Or am I wrong and confused...
Special Presets (e.g. Default/Highlight/Lowlight) are not implemented yet.
can you change the default value for individual fixture? ( can do in MA2)
Individual Fixture default attribute values are not implemented yet.
You can just set your prefered default values into your programmer and store it to an executor. Set the executor to the lowest priority, disable "off when overwritten", label it as "default" and start it. Just use an executor, that will not be assigned to any hardware key and that will not disturb you during programming, a.e. high page and high executor number.
Viel Spass
If you go that route, you might actually want to put it in an executor button so that if you accidentally turn it off (using {Everything Off} from the Off Menu for example) you can easily turn it back on. Or make a Macro that triggers that sequence and put that macro on an exec button.
Just to be sure here, changing the DMX readout to "Dec8" on v1.1.3.2 will NOT change my values in "live" on my encoders? How do I change that, or that's what you're saying isn't implemented yet.
Where did you change the Readout? The {Readout} button in the lower left corner of the encoder bar is for the encoders. The {Readout} option in sheets is local to the sheet, unless you set it to "Auto" in which case it will follow the setting of the encoders.
