    Please read here:

Only direct display port connection, no adapters.

    Hello

What is the maximum possible resolution in display port on the displayport port. It is possible to put a screen with a resolution higher than 1920 * 1080?

    Thank you for your reply,

At the moment only 1920x1080 is supported.

    Hi all

Reading this thread and the "One" thread I understood that I was not alone wanting to use HDMI screen with the console.
So I thought you like to know how I managed to do it.

I went from the console to a repeater that has it's own power supply. (Lindy 38413)

Into the repeater I plugged an active DP to HDMI converter (Aten VC986)

From that I went to my old Sony TV and it worked.

This was on a Light CRV

My theory was that the self powered repeater would supply the missing power to the active converter.

And I guess it did, but please note that while it worked on DP4 and DP5 it did NOT work on DP1 and DP2.

    I wonder why...

I was trying to solve the same problem all day. I have Ma3 Compact (not XT) and tryed to connect Asus MB16AMT touchscreen . Tryed all converters.. active . passive .. and finaly DP to 4xHDMI splitter worked . Here is the link . http://www.ophit.com/products/…2.0%20Splitter%20:%20DPHS . So this is connected to DP1 in console . (as it is the only one there)

I had this tought aswell, "Hey nice DP output, let me convert that real quick" - but no.
Just as Daniel said, only DP to DP will works flawlessly with all monitor.

I contacted my local MA dealer, and asked if they would recommend any adapter for DP to HDMI for my issue, but he told me no.
He instead told me to get at laptop in session and use my laptops hdmi out to show 3D.

Wich is great, I can use the wall mounted screen by the test bench, and now i will get used to have a laptop in session, so i will always have an updated version of my showfile if somebody spills coffe in the Compact XT :D
