about Fixid's

Hi,

I'm a beginner in Ma's world and in the dot2 product.
Though I already know the Lightcommander, i'm a bit lost in the management of fixtures id's on the dot2.

I work essentially with traditionnal lighting, and most of the time, I need to couple 2 fixtures (which are on different dimmers) with the same channel number, in order to stick to a lighting plan... So that I can recall multiple fixtures with 1 channel id.

This is pretty easy with the lightcommander, or any other lighting desk, but I wonder if this is possible in the dot2.

I'm looking for a solution, I found nothing but cloning a fixture to another, without a satisfying result for me...
Is there any command I missed?*

Indeed, multipatch would be a great update.
Do you have any idea about the release of the update?

Yes, storing groups of 2 or 3 fixtures is helpful, nevertheless it is not a complete answer for our use... Imagine that we have to do this about twenty times per show... It is not as flexible as we need it to be.

Besides, playing with movers is very easy, flexible, user friendly...
