Fixture view Encoder problem on 1.5.0

yes, that´s a bug. and it´s an anoying one for sure.
It is allready been reported to the developers, so we have to wait for a bugfix now.

Very annoying But everything else that I use seems OK so far. Got some tricky thing coming up. I'll see how it performs with that.

MA2 and MA3 received updated software... what about DOT 2 ?

How does MA work?
MA follows priorities.
Highest Priority are showstoppers- bugs that make MA products stopp shows.

The not working encoder in the fixture sheet of the dot2 is for sure not nice and disturbs normal operators workflow, but it´s for sure not a showstopper.

We will inform you, when there is a new software version av.

This thing is happen to me too.
And it seems only way to solove this problem is turn off the Dot2.
my soft ware is 1.5.0.2
I hope it will be fix.

The last post on this discussion is from December. It's now October, almost a year has past. When are we going to receive an update which fixes this problem?

you´re right- this is a long time and we are all desperately waiting for an update and bug fix for the dot2 range.

Surely, the software department is still working on their biggest project- the upcomming 1.0 version for the gMA3 range.

It is planned to release a new software version for dot2 including new features (and bugfix) for the prolight & sound exhibition in Frankfurt, April 2020.

Can´t tell you any details what will be in there right now, but as soon as I know more, I´ll keep you updated.

si protrerrebbe fave un aggiornamento con il 3d già incluso nel programma come gma3 also x mm 2

capire, ma purtroppo non è possibile.
