Mouse only on the external monitor :-(

    Hi,
    our dot2 Core desk, latest version of software, has an unplesant bug. USB mouse cursor is displayed only on the external monitor. It is not visible on the small Core monitors, so I cannot use it there. All 3 USB ports works fine with disks or monitors...


    I tried restarts, some other mouses working perfectly with other PCs, a brand new mouse, changing USB ports. Any idea before I kick it down of the table... :)


    A way, how to somehow wipe/format the desk and reinstall?

    Hi @astandera,


    this is no issue with your console, the mouse or the external screen. So all your devices are working fine!
    The mouse is only usable on the external screen. It is not programmed to use the mouse on the internal screens.
