is there an option that i can use to ignore blackout for perticular groups or exec? not really sure park is what im looking for

No, a standard Ignore Blackout is not available but here is a way it could work:
1. Store an empty Executor Button (no Fixtures in Programmer) and change its button function to "Swop". You´ve now created your own Blackout button.
2. Use the Executor Settings Option "Swop Protect" to exclude Executor from the Master Swop button.I know it´s not exactly the same but might be a solution.
