Yes, you can when you are using a network switch.

Just to add:
if you´re in search of buying one,
(without getting any money from them) - we recommend Cisco switches like this one:

It´s able to do much more than you realy need for connecting dot2 stations (like wings, remotes, consoles) together,
but it´s a propper and reliable one, that we use since years, nearly without any hazzle.
