Ive seen a lot of people use the Akai mini or APC series for Grandma2 controllers. The mini is pretty close to the layout of a dot2 console, just has execute buttons on top.

I use an Akai APC40 (original, NOT mk2) and love it!
Anywhere between $100-250 USD on eBay right now...

Hello.
I also use APC, but you must also have the Midi Translator software, for mapping eg sliders. Have dot2 node DMX In? Now dot2 has DMX via Art-Net and it works great. Maybe there is a regular DMX console with a lot of buttons. Here you get 512 channels that you can assign. In midi only 127.
PS. the link does not working -
You really need take care of what is your midi controller is sending. DOT2 does only accept midi notes. ofter CC-messages are send for fader by the midi controllers.
In this case you need a converter like BOMAC or BOME.Here is a video how to use BOMAC. with DOT2.
